CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not able to keep your appointment for personal training or a treatment we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so someone else can benefit from the appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of treatment price. Should you fail to turn up for your appointment we will invoice you in full. For bookings of treatments valued at or above DKK 1.000 we require credit card details.

REMEMBER

… Hardly anything. We provide disposable garments for treatments and you will find a towel, bathrobe and slippers in each locker in the changing rooms. Here, you’ll also find hair dryers and a complimentary supply of shampoo, body wash and personal hygiene items.
